About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented International Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive global business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT Services sales, strong communication skills, and expertise in generating international business opportunities.
Experience Required
● 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT Services or Software Sales
● Experience working with international clients is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and email campaigns
● Identify prospects and manage lead nurturing activities
● Communicate with international clients and C-level executives
● Manage client follow-ups, outreach, and sales pipeline
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project conversion
● Achieve lead generation and revenue targets
● Maintain strong client relationships and regular CRM updates
Required Skills
● Excellent verbal and written English communication
● Strong expertise in lead generation and international sales
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, and email marketing
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven
