Users create a secure account and are guided through a clear registration flow. From the start, the platform emphasises confidentiality — all personal and financial data entered is encrypted and protected under strict security standards.
Instead of facing a blank form, users answer a structured set of questions relevant to their personal and financial situation. The platform fills in the required fields dynamically based on their answers, reducing errors and making the process accessible to non-experts.
Users can upload supporting documents directly from their device or photograph them on the spot using the mobile camera. All documents are stored securely, linked to the correct fields, and accessible to the tax specialist handling the file.
Once a file is submitted, users can track its progress step by step through the platform. A real-time notification system keeps them informed at every stage — when the file is received, under review, needs additional input, or is ready for approval.
Before the return is sent to the tax authorities, the user reviews the complete file and either approves it or requests corrections. This gives users full control and transparency over what is submitted on their behalf — eliminating surprises.
Once approved, the file is submitted directly to the relevant tax department. If the authorities raise additional requests or require clarification, the platform manages the full administrative follow-up — so the user does not have to navigate complex official correspondence alone.

All collected data is used solely for the user’s tax return request. The platform is built with a strict data retention policy: all personal data is permanently deleted 30 days after a user deletes their profile — giving users real peace of mind.
